Here at the Clune Consultancy, we’ve been designing, delivering, measuring and implementing business transformation for some time. We cut our teeth on little projects, observed what was both good and bad about programme and change methodologies and the interpretation of their implementation. Over the years, we’ve grown to run, advise on and recover large scale portfolios of work. That experience has taught us that whilst there are many ways and methodologies to deliver change into a business, we make it our business to do it our way, because we know that works. Why?
